I was watching some of my favorite videos on YouTube (the Yugioh Abriged Series) when I came across this one. I was enjoying the song, watching them duel and trying to figure out where the creators come up with this stuff when I noticed something strange:
Can you spot anything wrong?
If not, count the cards in Yugi’s hand. There are 26 cards. I wish I could see the original episode that had this in it so I would know if it was accurate or if it was just a goof, but either way it made me chuckle and brought to mind the Maxx C challenge.
If you’re not sure what that is, check out this video here that explains it some and shows how it works. If you’re playing in a non-competitive environment, or know you’ll lose regardless like me, taking the Maxx C challenge can be very entertaining. I once took the challenge against a Madolche deck and I was annihilated during my opponent’s next turn. Everyone was laughing at my epic loss, so it was worth it, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing something that stupid in a tournament.
Also, I’ve started working on a YouTube channel where I can post some YuGiOh related material in the future. If you’re interested, click the link below. So far there is only one video; it’s a duel from DevPro in which I win by using Magic Cylinder.
